Doris Marealle
is the Managing Director of DRREC Limited, which owns DRREC catering, Event planning and Management, and Kids Party Rentals. She is and advocate of the high court by profession and an HR Management specialist. Doris’ affinity for the culinary arts lured her from the courtroom and has since become her primary focus.
DRREC clients are Government, UN agencies, corporate and families. It seeks to understand clients’ needs, and is recognized for high levels of professionalism; client orientation, which include paying attention to detail and menu development; planning and organizing; and managing performance
DRREC treats all its clients equally by offering timely and high quality services and products. Its food is organic, tasty and fresh, which is also prepared and served by well-trained gender balanced staff.
DRREC’s clientele has grown from servicing 400 to 4000 people in multiple events simultaneously; each with its own menu.
